There are 4 verses in this set.  Letter A is melody that goes up to high E-flat.   Letter B is melody an octave lower, but because that would put you on the B-flat below middle c I've adjusted the last two measures of the melody.  Letter C is an obligato using gentle intervals.  I think it sounds like a lullaby accompaniment.   Letter D is an obligato using scale lines.  Both letter C and D fit the melody while still being fresh and gentle.   Set in the band friendly key of B-flat and in 6/4 time, this works well for family Christmas gatherings.  Play one verse of the melody and then select C or D for another.
