I have long admired the expressive lyricism and immensely satisfying formal unfolding of Thompson's masterpiece. My setting is for mixed chorus divisi in 8 parts, and is based on two contrasting melodic motives which are continually developed and move through many tonalities before returning to the bright opening tonality of A major. -David Conte.

According to the legends, if you are lucky enough to find a leprehaun and catch him you can exchange his freedom for his treasure.
