Very effective arrangement for piano trio (violin, cello, piano) with optional violin2, and bass. The arrangement follows the „straight eights“ versions of Mel Tormé (hence the video link) and Michael Bublé. It is more in a groovy, souly, and funky R&B style, and can thus be played also by classical musicians who are not necessarily experienced in swing jazz. Theme appears first in the violin (two times), goes then to the cello. Then, there is a chorus with room for optional solos with ad lib repeats, but you can skip this part and go right back to the theme (unisono violin and cello). This arrangement works either way. Comes with full score, as well as individual parts for all five instruments. Minimal instrumentation: Violin1, Cello, piano. Have fun with my arrangements!
