Suite for Brasswinds is an original work in three movements written for 3 trumpets, 2 horns, 2 trombones, euphonium and tuba.  The three movements, as their titles suggests, are based off of plant life I often saw through my travels along the eastern sea board from Florida up to New York.  Blooming Blossoms is the slow opening and bursting of buds than can be beatiful and yet strangely uncommon to behold.  Weeping Willow imbues the gently swaying branches of the tree, calmly blowing in the melancholy swamps.  Dancing Vines is a march of the vines themselves as they climb there way through the trees and wrap around any and all trees they can cover.
