This arrangement for saxophone SATB quartet with chords, was made for chamber groups that play at weddings and private events, where all the essence of the original work was extracted, but adapted for better performance by the ensemble. Camille Saint-Saëns wrote O Carnaval dos Animais, Grande Fantasia Zoológica, in 1886 as a joke to amuse his friends at Carnaval time. The Swan (Le Cygne): Original theme by Saint-Saëns, the cello plays over piano harmonies. At the end he falls asleep.
