Thus, locked in a state of restlessness, this musical work builds again to the frenzied madness of the beginning only to end with a rush of “hands thrown into the air�.

The florid cello part is contrasted with a simpler, chorale-like texture in many of the choir’s passages.

This version I arranged for piano and guitar with the assistance of my  piano virtuoso friend, Abe Minzer. Performance time is 6 minutes and 25 seconds. The level of demand for the performers is intermediate to advanced. The piano part is fun to perform, requiring the pianist to paly inside the piano.
