If you really want to add some flavor to it, the top line of the piano part could be played by a recorder, penny whistle, etc. whenever there is no one singing. The exposition is the original melody and chords. The development uses alternate chords, a slight variation on the melody, and variations in meter and key.

An all-round delightful arrangement that should be within the playing reach of many String Orchestras.
