Bass Trombone,Horn,Trumpet,Tuba - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1116030 Composed by William A. Dougherty, Jr. Arranged by Robert Coil. 20th Century,March,Traditional. 11 pages. Polished Brass #717729. Published by Polished Brass (A0.1116030). This song is one of two fight songs frequently played at Ohio State University athletic events. Over the years it has become popular at many other schools in the state, and is often played and sung with words adapted to the local team. The song was composed by William A. Dougherty, Jr. in 1915, while he was a varsity manager for the football team. The first trumpet carries the melody, with the trombone providing a counter melody and the tuba setting the beat. The French horn and second trumpet provide the harmony elements. The arrangement is simple enough that it could be played in the cold, or while moving, but my favorite is to be seated in a comfortable auditorium.

Piano Solo - Digital Download SKU: A0.941275 By Ed Sheeran. By Ed Sheeran. Arranged by Ian Coulter. Pop. Score. 6 pages. Ian Coulter #3690797. Published by Ian Coulter (A0.941275). This is an intermediate level arrangement of Ed Sheeran's 'The A Team'. I tried to stay true to the original music as much as possible whilst at the same time bringing out its pianistic qualities. This is the perfect arrangement for any pianist who wishes to learn the A Team as it has not been overly simplified but yet remains possible for the less advanced player. The duration is roughly 4 minutes and the score is 6 pages in total. Piano Solo - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1236790 Composed by Michael Balfe. Arranged by Tom Horton. 19th Century,Classical,Opera. Score. 2 pages. Tom Horton #832320. Published by Tom Horton (A0.1236790). I Dreamt I Dwelt in Marble Halls – a lovely arrangement of the popular aria by Michael Balfe from his operatta 'The Bohemian Girl'The Bohemian Girl is an Irish Romantic opera composed by Michael William Balfe with a libretto by Alfred Bunn. The plot is loosely based on a Miguel de Cervantes' tale, La gitanilla. The best-known aria from the piece is I Dreamt I Dwelt in Marble Halls in which the main character, Arline, describes her vague memories of her childhood of a nobler upbringing having been kidknapped by Gypsy's as a very young girl. The best-known version of the operatta is undoubtedly the 1936 full-length Laurel and Hardy film, described in the opening credits as A Comedy Version of The Bohemian Girl. The characters played by Laurel and Hardy do not appear in the stage opera. This piece is a single sheet extract from Tom's piano book Pianistic 1 which you can purchase in full via this website.

Woodwind Ensemble - Digital Download SKU: A0.1013019 Composed by Traditional. Arranged by Na-Mara. Celtic,Folk,World. 1 pages. Na-Mara #5970335. Published by Na-Mara (A0.1013019). 'S Toigh Leam Fhìn Buntàta: this is a traditional Strathspey folk tune from Scotland, transcribed and arranged for two melody instruments, and is one of a number of folk tune arrangements by the UK based folk duo Na-Mara. In the key of D, 'S Toigh Leam Fhìn Buntàta can be played as a duet on two mandolins or on any C clef instruments (violins, ukuleles, flutes etc), with the guitar chords accompanying the individual players. We came across this tune from an album by the Scots-Gaelic singer Julie Fowlis, and the song she sings is all about liking butter and potatoes. Performance tips: this is beginner / intermediate level piece played Allegro or at a moderate fast speed. We have added a second melody part to the original tune, and this makes a nice interplay between the melody instruments. Make sure the rhythm of the characteristic ‘Scotch snap’ is crisp and clean. The guitar accompaniment can be played with broken chords, or arpeggio style. This tune works well included as part of a ‘Ceilidh’ set.Na-Mara (Rob Garcia and Paul McNamara) perform this instrumental piece on mandolin or octave mandola, with guitar accompaniment. They have also used it alongside other tunes in workshops as a teaching and learning resource, introducing players to tunes from different parts of the Celtic world. Recordings of this and other tunes on SMP can be found on Na-Mara’s albums ‘Sisters & Brothers’, ‘Navajos & Pirates’ and ‘The Bite’ Na-Mara have built an enviable reputation for fine story-telling and musicianship. They have performed in venues and festivals in the UK, Europe and China, and on BBC Radio 4, and a plethora of internet and local radio stations. They have consistently delivered new and exciting material to audiences.  This includes their own take on traditional tunes from Brittany, France, Ireland, and the Spanish Celtic regions of Asturias and Galicia. Rob Garcia:  mandolin, octave mandola, classical guitar & backing vocals Paul McNamara: guitar & lead vocals Web site: http://www.na-mara.com/
