Brass Quintet Euphonium,Flugelhorn,Trombone,Trumpet,Tuba - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.817187 Composed by Jules Massenet. Arranged by Charles Decker. 19th Century,Chamber,Multicultural,Opera,Romantic Period,World. 45 pages. Charles Decker Music Press #6789509. Published by Charles Decker Music Press (A0.817187). From Massenet’s 1885 opera, Le Cid, these three movements are from his popular orchestral concert ballet suite of Spanish dances and showcase the technical and interpretative capabilities of brass quintet performers. The arrangement is scored for two B-flat trumpets with alternate C trumpet parts included and optional flugelhorns used in the Andalouse movement, horn in F, trombone, and tuba. The recording is of the entire edition.See more than 70 mixed brass ensemble publications with Charles Decker Music Press at Sheet Music Plus for inexperienced to advanced musicians with music ranging from the Renaissance to contemporary new works for trios, quartets, quintets, brass choir and brass band. Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1081893 By Francis Osentowski, music Jerry McElveen, text. By Francis Osentowski, DMA University of North Texas. Arranged by Original composition. Contemporary,Contest,Festival,Instructional,Multicultural,Opera,World. Score. 7 pages. Francis Osentowski #686005. Published by Francis Osentowski (A0.1081893). Eighteen in Italy is song one of a four-part song cycle. 1. Eighteen in Italy 2. Caregiver 3. Colosseum 4. David. The beautiful poems by former Richland College Professor, Jerry McElveen describes a tour of Italy by a group of faculty and families. In a beautiful ballroom in Rome on the last day of the tour, Jerry surprised all of us by reciting poems he had created during the tour. When he began presenting his texts...I immediately knew those words were perfect for a musical setting! Our pieces have been performed often throughout the DFW area. Marsha Anderson is a North Lake College faculty member who was an opera singer in Italy for decades and later taught a student credit trip to Italy. You will her perform at University of Texas Arlington with me at the piano. I now think each of the songs should slow down a few clicks to breath more for the singer. The talented young soprano, Erin Alcorn performed the cycle more recently and both performer and my music received excellent reviews from the Dallas Morning News music critic, Scott Cantrell. Several performers have told me that the songs are very comfortable to perform, and the music is suitable for young singers. All four songs are available to purchase at this site.

Percussion Duet - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1315778 By The Beatles. By George Harrison, John Lennon, Paul McCartney, and Richard Starkey. Arranged by Marcelo Borba. Multicultural,Patriotic,Pop,Rock,Spiritual,World. Score. 7 pages. Marcelo Borba #904550. Published by Marcelo Borba (A0.1315778). Arrangement for percussion DUET (marimba, vibraphone and others) with chords included. Now and Then's eventful journey to fruition took place over five decades and is the product of conversations and collaborations between the four Beatles that go on to this day. The long mythologised John Lennon demo was first worked on in February 1995 by Paul, George and Ringo as part of The Beatles Anthology project but it remained unfinished, partly because of the impossible technological challenges involved in working with the vocal John had recorded on tape in the 1970s. For years it looked like the song could never be completed. But in 2022 there was a stroke of serendipity. A software system developed by Peter Jackson and his team, used throughout the production of the documentary series Get Back, finally opened the way for the uncoupling of Johnâ??s vocal from his piano part. As a result, the original recording could be brought to life and worked on anew with contributions from all four Beatles. This remarkable story of musical archaeology reflects The Beatlesâ?? endless creative curiosity and shared fascination with technology. It marks the completion of the last recording that John, Paul and George and Ringo will get to make together and celebrates the legacy of the foremost and most influential band in popular music history.
