This will also work with just piano, sax, and trumpet... you will just be missing some of the harmony.  Some of the rhythms are tricky for elementary, but since it's a familiar tune, you can teach it by rote or could easily use this piece to introduce reading more complicated dotted rhythms. It's also a good piece for more advanced ensembles that need an easy familiar tune to throw into their repertoire or playlist.
