Really Good Music, LLC. #4596855. Published by Really Good Music, LLC. (A0.868814). Sento un raggio di vago diletto is an aria from Solo cantata X Bellissima Dorsibe, written by the eminent Italian composer Francesco CAVALLI (1602 – 1676). The realization of the aria for voice and piano, made by Sergei Pichugin, is based on the manuscript, including twelve of Cavalli’s cantatas for voice solo and basso continuo. The aria may be an invaluable addition to the repertoire of vocal teachers and students. It is available in the key of G major (D4 – E5) for low voice.

Instrumental Duet Alto Flute,Instrumental Duet,Organ - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.844661 Composed by Jeno Hubay. Arranged by Phil Beaman. Romantic Period,Standards,Wedding. Score and parts. 4 pages. Phil Beaman #4897169. Published by Phil Beaman (A0.844661). Maggiolata is the Italian name of an ancient Spring Festival celebrated on May 1st, hence the subtitle Song of May. Jeno Hubay, Head of the Violin Dept at the Budapest Academy of Music, wrote this piece to be as light and celebratory as a perfect spring day. My arrangement abridges and slightly simplifies this classical standard. I reduced it from 6 1/2 minutes to 2 1/2 minutes by focusing on the recapitulation of the main theme but also included opening and closing cadenzas. Most of the expression markings are my own additions. I have scored it as an Instrumental Solo with an Organ accompaniment but a Piano accompaniment could be easily adapted from this. This arrangement, with an octave and a half solo range, is easy enough to be accessible for most players and its beautiful melody will have you singing and longing for spring.  3 page score, 1 page part5:00 minutes with repeatrecording is Violin and piano version

Concert Band - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1346333 Composed by Clive Longhurst. March. 61 pages. Clive Longhurst #931156. Published by Clive Longhurst (A0.1346333). I wrote this march over 12 years ago, when I was first getting into composing/arranging, and it was rather too 'busy'. Too many musicians doing too much. So I had another look and made it more playable by bands of a lesser technical aptitude. It is dedicated to all the volunteers, who give up their time, to make the Royal British Legion the steadfast organisation it has become. They truly are the unsung heroes of the charity. I hope this march pays them the compliment it is meant to. There will soon be a brass band version available.Page 11 is a useful advice sheet for printing.I hope your band enjoys playing it, be it on the march or a concert.
Advance! The Royal British Legion
