Brass Ensemble,Brass Quintet - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.774903 Composed by Albert Gumble. Arranged by Bill Wilson. 20th Century. Score and parts. 11 pages. Alexander Wilson #1932405. Published by Alexander Wilson (A0.774903). Albert Gumble's Alice Where Art Thou Going is a strange mixture of wistfulness and old-time good cheer, but in this case the rapidly changing emotions give this Tin Pan Alley era piece a great deal of character. Our presentation of it presents the chorus as a conversation between the first trumpet and French horn. Arranged for brass quintet (two Bb trumpets, French horn, trombone, and tuba).  Performance time is approximately 1:50.  Visit our website, www.tootsuitebrasspublishing.com, for a catalog of our arrangements available through sheetmusicplus.com.

Instrumental Duet,Piano Flute,Instrumental Duet,Piano,Violin - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.820928 By Sharon Wilson. By Eliza E. Hewitt. Arranged by Sharon Wilson. 20th Century,Praise & Worship,Romantic Period,Sacred. Score and parts. 17 pages. Sharon Wilson #427760. Published by Sharon Wilson (A0.820928). Here is a bright and upbeat instrumental trio arrangement (for FLUTE and VIOLIN duet with PIANO accompaniment) of the joyful hymn In a Little While We're Going Home by Eliza E. Hewitt. Both the FLUTE and the VIOLIN get to lead with the melody at times making this a fun and equally challenging piece for both instruments while adding variety for the listeners. The FLUTE plays the melody for the first verse in the key of C major. During the piano interlude, the arrangement transitions to the key of G major for the second verse and the VIOLIN plays the melody. This energetic and uplifting instrumental arrangement is an ideal selection for a church setting and a valuable addition to your sacred repertoire. Duration 2:30. The range for each part is as follows: Part 1 (FLUTE) – G4 to C6; Part 2 (VIOLIN) – B3 to A5. For the VIOLIN, all notes are playable in the first position making this piece an excellent choice for early intermediate string players. The FLUTE part could also be played by a VIOLIN if the player is comfortable playing beyond the first position (the C6 may require playing in second or third position). The PIANO accompaniment is written for an intermediate player. The purchase price includes these printing options: 1. a grand staff (6 pages) with all parts on each page2. separate scores for the FLUTE and VIOLIN (2 pages each) and PIANO (3 pages)3. a combined FLUTE and VIOLIN score (3 pages) Visit Sharon Wilson's website: www.SharonWilsonMusic.comSubscribe to her YouTube Channel: www.youtube.com/user/SharonWilsonMusic
