It would suit a more evenly matched ensemble as the tune deserves a consistent tone and volume across the three verses.The two versions share the same notes.There’s no fingering on the score (except in a few arpeggio sections where there is a chance to minimise finger movements). And well-known to so, so many people.My arrangement for 3 guitars is somewhere between intermediate (for Guitars 1 & 3) and advanced intermediate (Guitar 2), and will also suit a large ensemble.Guitar 1 is the tune, and Guitar 3 provides the countermelodies. Both are 3 pages long, and a bit of sticky tape to the joins will ensure they fit a normal music stand with no page turns.Guitar 2 (the electric guitar part) is 4 pages, but I have placed open strings and then a bar’s rest at the foot of the page to allow plenty of time for page turns.
