Burleigh's 1917 arrangement, with a new second verse with fresh melodic alterations and a new piano accompaniment and piano bridge. The added length (total running time just under 3-1/2 minutes) makes it more usable in church and in recitals. This version is in C minor, more accessible to many singers than Burleigh's original in F minor.
