An organ arrangement of the Provençal tune used with the Easter text Now Let the Heavens Be Joyful.  Suitable for worship or concert use during the Easter season.  May function as prelude, postlude, hymn introduction or hymn accompaniment.  Written on three staves with pedal; suitable for a 2-manual organ.The arrangement begins with an introduction based on tune motives, then three continuous variations of the tune follow, with an ending based on the refrain.  The arrangement employs abundant harmonic variety and builds in intensity and texture from one variation to the next.  In the first variation the melody is played in the right hand with left hand counterpoint and pedal accompaniment.  In the second variation the melody is played in the left hand with fanfare motives in the right hand, and pedal is added on the refrain.  The third variation employs full organ and thick chordal texture.  The refrain is repeated at a slower tempo and earlier fanfare motives reappear to end the piece.

In this arrangement it is notated for guitar and played in a Finger style manner where all parts, bass, melody and fill parts are all played on the same instrument. For those familiar with Fingerstyle playing it is a relatively easy arrangement although over all would sit in the high mid level of difficulty over all for guitar.
