This arrangement has a few bell changes but the tempo is slow enough to allow the changes to occur with little difficulty.  It does shift until a new key and once there the bell changes are minimal.
 
Mercer and Mancini wrote the song for Audrey Hepburn to sing in the film Breakfast at Tiffany's. The lyrics, written by Mercer, are reminiscent of his childhood in Savannah, Georgia, including its waterways. As a child, he had picked huckleberries in summer, and connected them with a carefree childhood and Mark Twain's Huckleberry Finn.

An accessible and unashamedly romantic arrangement for male barbershop quartet of Henry Mancini's song Moon River with lyrics by Jonny Mercer. The song was first sung by Audrey Hepburn, but it is remembered especially for Andy Williams' rendition at the start of each of his television shows in the 1960s. This version particularly brings out Mancini's gorgeous harmonies, as the tune is passed from one singer to another.

These arrangements are for performance and are very precise. Mercer and Mancini wrote the song for Audrey Hepburn to sing in the film Breakfast at Tiffany's who sings it accompanying herself on the guitar, while sitting on the fire escape outside her apartment. It has become a classic. In this arrangement the left hand involves some tough stretches but it’s worth it to get the gentle dissonance possible on the guitar. The right hand uses two basic patterns: the first is p p i m a giving an off beat feel from the second thumb stroke, the second is a conventional p i m a m i much used on the guitar. The YouTube link is to a version sung by Maria Ewing accompanied by Shane Hill and I. It was recorded by the BBC for their show In Tune presented by Petroc Trelawny.
