Choral Choir (SSAA) - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1220874 Composed by Clare Teal and Nigel John Stonier. Arranged by Jenny Mills. A Cappella,Barbershop,Contemporary,Jazz. Octavo. 11 pages. LABBS - Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers #817216. Published by LABBS - Ladies Association of British Barbershop Singers (A0.1220874). A super-jazzy arrangement of this uptempo swing song as sung by Clare Teal, this is one that is fiendishly challenging, but worthy of an attempt by established SSAA a cappella groups who are experienced and confident with the swing genre. The arranger, the late Jen Mills, was an accomplished jazz musician as well as a barbershop singer and LABBS Music Judge. This arrangement has been donated by her partner for publication by LABBS on SMP so that SSAA a cappella groups can experience the joy of this arrangement. This arrangement is NOT suitable for barbershop contest, as the harmony parts are frequently performing non-homorhythmically with neutral syllables, to give a huge hit of big band flavour. The arrangement is predominantly in the barbershop style (melody in the inner voice) but at times the melody gets passed around the other parts too, so everyone gets a turn! With an extended vocal instrumental intro, it would be suitable for a show where a spoken intro overlays the first 30 seconds or so (once the speech is planned, some bars can be repeated as many times as needed to accommodate). For those unfamiliar with the song, look up Clare Teal's performance on YouTube from her album Don't Talk. A sound sample of this arrangement will follow soon.

Arranged by Ray Thompson. 21st Century,Chamber,Pop. 11 pages. RayThompsonMusic #1009977. Published by RayThompsonMusic (A0.1429221). Now and Then is a song by the English rock band the Beatles, released on 2 November 2023. Dubbed the last Beatles song, it appeared on a double A-side single, paired with a new stereo remix of the band's first single, Love Me Do (1962), with the two serving as bookends to the band's history. Now and Then is a psychedelic soft rock balladthat John Lennon wrote and recorded around 1977 as a solo home demo but left unfinished. After Lennon's death in 1980, the song was considered as a potential third Beatles reunion single for their 1995–1996 retrospective project The Beatles Anthology, following Free as a Bird and Real Love, both based on two other Lennon demos of the same names.Instead, it was shelved for nearly three decades, until it was completed by his surviving bandmates Paul McCartney and Ringo Starr, using overdubs and guitar tracks by George Harrison (who died in 2001) from the abandoned 1995 sessions.Arranged here for wind quintet, the oboe takes most of the melody

Brass Quintet Horn,Trombone,Trumpet,Tuba - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1198282 Composed by Jasper Swank. Classical,Comedy,March. 28 pages. Jasper Swank #797470. Published by Jasper Swank (A0.1198282). This composition was written and abandoned in 2015. In 2023 I’ve revisited and revised it because it’s just such a silly theme. The tuba part goes fairly low, so in the process of revising, a new, more accessible Tuba part (smol) was written. Both parts are compatible, interchangeable and it’s up to the performer which part to use.If you like this silly piece as well, please let me know where you’ll be playing this. I’d love to hear.Instrumentation • Trumpet 1 (C or Bb) • Trumpet 2 (C or Bb) • Horn in F • Trombone • Tuba (big or smol)Included in package • Full Score (2 Trumpets in C, Horn, Trombone, Tuba) • Trumpet 1 part in C • Trumpet 1 part in Bb • Trumpet 2 part in C • Trumpet 2 part in Bb • Horn part in F • Trombone part • Tuba part • Tuba (smol) part • Full Score (2 Trumpets in C, Horn, Trombone, Tuba (smol)).
