B-Flat Clarinet,Piano - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1303693 Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. Arranged by Raymond Fenech. Baroque,Christmas,Contest,Easter,Festival,Multicultural,World. Score and part. 9 pages. Raymond Fenech #893253. Published by Raymond Fenech (A0.1303693). The second of Bach’s four orchestral suites is actually the one he composed last, in Leipzig around 1739, and is probably the last orchestral music of any kind that he wrote. It is basically a solo flute concerto in the form of a dance suite, and an extraordinarily difficult flute concerto at that. A badinerie is a sort of character piece in 18th-century suites, with no particular dance rhythm or meter. This one has a full measure of the light and lively bantering the title implies, which has made it also popular with jazz arrangers. The Duration is approx. 1.32 minutes and the level is Advanced Intermediate.

Woodwind Ensemble,Woodwind Trio Bassoon,Clarinet,Flute,Oboe - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1016487 Composed by Johann Sebastian Bach, from the Well Tempered Clavier. Arranged by Gary Claunch. Baroque. 21 pages. Gary Claunch #5724147. Published by Gary Claunch (A0.1016487). The second fugue in c minor by Jonann Sebastian Bach from the Well Tempered Clavier, is arranged for a variety of woodwinds.  Parts are provided for each of the different instruments.  The first part can be played by clarinet, or oboe/flute, the second part is played by clarinet in B flat, and the third part can be played by bass clarinet or bassoon.  This is a great opportunity for woodwinds to play authentic Bach, who took the Baroque era to its ultimate expression.  If you think Bach is too cerebral, just listen to the interpretation of Glenn Gould at youtube.
