This song is from the 1977 Broadway musical Annie (and subsequent movie version), based on the old comic strip Little Orphan Annie. Annie's fellow orphans are listening to host Bert Healy and the Lovely Boylan Sisters (Ronnie, Connie and Bonnie) sing it on the radio program, the Iodent Hour Of Smiles. Yeah, it's that hokey. But a fun piece for two trumpets, horn, trombone and tuba with a bouncy ragtime feel.
