Flute,Piano - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1471171 Composed by Public Domain. Arranged by Carolyn Kelley. Christian,Praise & Worship,Religious,Sacred,Spiritual. Score and part. 5 pages. Carolyn Kelley #1048829. Published by Carolyn Kelley (A0.1471171). This work is designed for the advanced flutist, either a professional, or a college student. There are challenges in technical fluidity and extreme registers of the instrument, as well as a lot of the musical expression is left up to the performer. The piano part may also have some challenges.Even the most advanced musicians should be able to praise their Lord to the full extent of their abilities, rather than being limited to extremely basic arrangements that showcase little of the talents and skills God blessed them with.

Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1088788 Composed by Robert A. Howard. 21st Century,Christmas,Classical,Folk,Sacred. Score. 7 pages. Robert A. Howard #692997. Published by Robert A. Howard (A0.1088788). This piece is an original arrangement based on the wistful English folk melody 'Barbara Allen'. It takes the form of a 7-verse Epiphany carol, with introduction and coda, setting a poem by Laurie Twinam. The vocal line, for any solo voice or for unison voices, retains the folk tune contour throughout, within the range of low D to high D. Around this, the piano accompaniment weaves a set of characterful variations, as a commentary on each differing verse, which is always linked by a 2-bar 'turnaround'. The work explores aspects of both major and minor tonality, as well as modality (with the characteristic flattened seventh), thus working within and around the given folk idiom. This piece is appropriate for virtually any standard and size of unison choir, including school, student, community, church and cathedral choirs, as well as for just solo voice. The accompaniment can be on piano, or for organ if slightly adapted by the player. The 2-part SA and 4-part SATB versions of this piece, as well as the solo piano version (Variations on 'Barbara Allen') by the same composer are also available via Sheet Music Plus. Duration: 4 minutes. Registered with PRS (Performing Rights Society, UK).Composer's website: www.roberthowardmusic.co.uk
