The trick is to hold the pedal down during those dissonances. To make it easier, I marked down all the pedaling to make it as easy as possible to follow along. Then we take out the guess work :) Normally I wouldn’t mark down the pedaling (since it comes so naturally to most pianists) but in this case the pedal is key to achieving this chime-like sound.
