A rich and flowing piano accompaniment enhances the singers - especially at the climax point with its densely textured chords. After the glorious fortissimo the music ends quietly on a sustained chord. This is a very suitable choice for a school or Church choir to perform at a liturgical ceremony. Singers will like the part-writing, with the melody interchanging among the voices and the congregation will find it fulfilling, inspirational and uplifting. It is possible to sing it in Church on St. Patrick's Day.
