The early editions, and many others since concentrate SO much on showing the voices and how long each note should LAST, that the important parts, which in our opinion, are when each note STARTS, and which hand plays it, are either left ambiguous or worse. So, here is an edition/arrangement, with 100% original notes, and precise L-R hand assignments. The French device of the laissez vibre or Tie to no where, is used throughout, for visual simplification.
