A traditional full score is also included for the conductor, and which may be useful to the accompanist during rehearsals.The percussion element is largely an improvised groove, but it is nonetheless indespensable for providing rhythmic vitality throughout the song. The piano part alone, if played verbatim, will not be suffcient. For the core drum sound, I recommend a djembe or a pair of congas. Another percussionist, if available, could add a shaker to the mix.
