Solo Guitar - Level 3 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.935134

By Camila Cabello. By Adam Feeney, Alexandra Leah Tamposi, Ali Tamposi, Andrew Watt, Andrew Wotman, Brandon Perry, Brian Dong Ho Lee, Brian Lee, Brittany Hazzard, Camila Cabello, Jeffery Lamar Williams, Kaan Gunesberk, Louis Bell, Pharrell, Ramon Ayala, and etc. Arranged by Simon Dawson. Pop. Individual part. 7 pages. Dawson Music UK #5793665. Published by Dawson Music UK (A0.935134).

This is an arrangement of Havana by Camila Cabello, feat. Young Thug, for solo classical guitar. Scored in standard notation only, this is a full song arrangement which features an instrumental section in the middle centred around the bass line of the song for a little extra guitar flare. Itâ??s in the key of A minor to lend itself to the natural resonance of the guitar.

This version is intended to be played a little slower and more rubato than the original to bring out the expressive qualities of the melody and character within this instrumentation. Although, it can be played faster like the original if preferred. This is an intermediate piece of approximately grade 5-6 level (ABRSM).

SKU: A0.928260

By The Police. By Sting. Arranged by Simon James. Pop,Rock. Score and parts. 13 pages. DML #6011217. Published by DML (A0.928260).

These arrangements are for performance and are very precise. Every Breath You Take is a song by the English rock band the Police from their album Synchronicity (1983). Written by Sting, the single was the biggest US and UK hit of 1983. Sting wrote the song in 1982 - I woke up in the middle of the night with that line in my head, sat down at the piano and had written it in half an hour. It sounds like a comforting love song. I didn't realise at the time how sinister it is. I think I was thinking of Big Brother, surveillance and control. This famous song by the Police had its original guitar part played on a palm muted electric guitar but it works really well fingerpicked on an acoustic. There is a full explanation of the song's history and notes on how to play it included with the score, also separate parts for voice and guitar.

Flute Choir,Woodwind Ensemble - Level 4 - Digital Download

SKU: A0.1279558

Composed by Johannes Brahms. Arranged by Simon Gilliver. 19th Century. 24 pages. Simon Gilliver #871025. Published by Simon Gilliver (A0.1279558).

This is an arrangement of the fifth movement of Brahms's German Requiem, originally for full choir, orchestra and soprano soloist. The ethereal nature of this movement, skewed towards the upper registers, enables it to be arranged for flute choir. The soprano solo line is all within the Flute 1 part. The challenge for the ensemble is to ensure the soprano solo line in the Flute 1 part is clearly enough heard throughout, while the beautiful weaving lines of the other parts are still enjoyed. All seven parts are for C flutes; alto and bass flute are not needed, however, there are some important low Bs in the flute 7 part. Approximate difficulty level grades 5-6.

By Simon And Garfunkel. By Paul Simon. Arranged by Laura Gorden. Folk,Instructional,Pop,Rock. Score and Parts. 21 pages. Laura Gorden #830843. Published by Laura Gorden (A0.1235307).

This arrangement for string orchestra is based on the cover that Disturbed performed on the original Simon & Garfunkel song The Sound of Silence. The arrangement includes the score and parts around Grade level 3-3/12. This score provides educational opportunities for young orchestras with specific concepts such as syncopated rhythms, mixed meter of 4/4 to 2/4, divisi parts, shared/passing melody across sections, and very specific dynamics to create balance.

This arrangement is the whole song, all of the versus, and the words to the song are included in score and parts when that specific instrument has the melody to help with rhythm reading as well as to provide the option to teach parts with singing them. There is shifting in the violin 1, viola and cello parts. Due to the nature of the members of Disturbed vocal range, the cello has the melody most often. Hope you enjoy this arrangement!

Please note that due to the nature of this piece of music, chords are not included in the table (eg F---, Gmsus---). Most of the time there are no instruments just playing chords. The exception to this is the opening/chorus keys chordal part, which is notated below the lyrics. The other key parts are notated at the bottom of the page, and then these are referred to from the table. Composed by A. Bernier. Arranged by Simon Browne. Latin,Traditional,World. Score and parts. 1 pages. Simon Browne #6292233. Published by Simon Browne (A0.975482).

Mango Vert is a calypso-based paseo (two-step dance) recorded by Lovey's Original Trinidad String Band in 1912. This was the first recording of calypso music, pre-dating the first jazz record by five years.

Originally performed on violins, clarinet, flute, cello and a number of strumming instruments (guitar, mandolin, Venezuelan cuatro and Portuguese braga). This arrangement distills the lively, improvised nature into an arrangement for intermediate violin with chords and suggested strumming patterns (for guitar, ukelele, mandolin or any other plucked instruments).

Part of Paseos and Waltzes of Trinidad Vol.1. which can be purchased for $29.99 as complete set of 12 paseos and waltzes, as recorded by Lovey's Band and Lionel Belasco's Orchestra 1912-1918.

Composed by Traditional. Arranged by Colin Kirkpatrick. Contest,Festival,Folk,Multicultural,World. Octavo. 10 pages. Colin Kirkpatrick Publications #866616. Published by Colin Kirkpatrick Publications (A0.1274473).

This is one of the most popular and best-loved folksongs of all time, made famous by Simon and Garfunkel, Bob Dylan and many others. The song is thought to have originated over four hundred years ago. Scarborough Fair is in the Dorian mode and a song suitable for any happy occasion. Its celebratory quality would make it ideal for holidays, end-of-semester concerts, weddings or folk music events.

There are many different versions of the lyrics and by the end of the 19th century, dozens of variants existed. In this arrangement, four of the most popular verses have been used. The repeated chorus of “parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme†is significant. In olden times, these herbs had medicinal purposes. In addition, parsley was associated with comfort, sage with strength, rosemary with love and thyme with courage.

Scarborough (SKAH-buh-ruh) is an English coastal town in the county of Yorkshire. It was occupied by the Romans during the fourth and fifth centuries but today has become the largest holiday resort on the Yorkshire coast with a thriving fishing industry.

In this arrangement, each section of the choir shares the melody and the voice parts avoid difficult leaps. All the vocal parts are safely within normal range. Your choir is sure to enjoy singing this rewarding arrangement.

This is scored for SAT choir and ideal for high school or college use where there are often fewer lower voices. The vocal ranges are Soprano 1: D4-E5; Alto: A3 (one note)-E5 (one note); Tenor: C3-D4.

This is one of the most popular and best-loved folksongs of all time, made famous by Simon and Garfunkel, Bob Dylan and many others. The song is in the Dorian mode and thought to have originated over four hundred years ago.

Scarborough (SKAH-buh-ruh) is an English coastal town in the county of Yorkshire. It was occupied by the Romans during the fourth and fifth centuries but today has become the largest holiday resort on the Yorkshire coast with a thriving fishing industry.

There are many different versions of the lyrics and by the end of the 19th century, dozens of variants existed. The repeated chorus of “parsley, sage, rosemary and thyme” is significant. In olden times, these herbs had medicinal purposes. In addition, parsley was associated with comfort, sage with strength, rosemary with love and thyme with courage. The song takes the form of a melancholy dialogue between two individuals who were once lovers but now live separate lives. Each of them asks the listener to pass on a message to the other. The young man requests impossible tasks from his former lover, saying that if she can perform them, he will take her back. In return, she requests equally impossible things of him, saying she will perform her tasks when he performs his. The fact that all the tasks are impossible seems to imply that neither of them have any intention of becoming reunited.

This arrangement for woodwind instruments and piano stays well within the instrumental ranges and attempts to reflect the melancholy feeling of the lyrics. It would make an excellent addition to a woodwind recital.
