The classic Billy Taylor composition, made famous by Nina Simone and use on Barry Norman's Film programmes, arranged for Big Band - 5 saxes, 4 trumpets, 4 trombones, piano, bass and drums.

Piano leads the way, followed by a solo with band backings, into a key change for a great sax section soli.  Solos for trumpet and baritone saxophone follow before breaking down into an unaccompanied sax and trombone a capella section.  The final climax of the piece drops down to the piano with the band singing the refrain before a big ending!

Concert and transposing scores included, along with full band parts.
