Ocean Springs is a very pretty town on the coast of Mississippi. The friendlieness of it all is amazing, and the charming enviroment is like no other in Mississippi. The attractions mashed with the enviroment will take your breath away. I know that is how I feel about Ocean Springs. And that is why I have wrote a lyriccal composition for them. This is a really pretty piece on piano, I have taught many of my students who are Billie Eilish fans. The left hand mostly has rhythm accompaniment with octaves and chords. If you can't reach an octave comfortable, then just play the bass note alone. It's a shortened version for intermediate players to learn from, and a good version for a small performance. OVER THE OCEAN, UNDER THE SEA was written to celebrate God’s creation. The music appeals to the imagination of the elementary child who loves going to the beach, looking for seashells, watching playful dolphins jump in and out of the waves, and dreaming that a mermaid will actually appear! This book includes songs about going to the beach, wearing flip flops, seashells, seals, mermaids, mighty sailing ships and a pop-eyed pirate!

As a part of the Instant Concert Series, the songs are easy to teach and easy to learn, and most can be learned during one class period. A quick Spring concert can be planned by using any of these songs. Percussion instruments, Wood blocks, two-tone blocks, triangles, slide whistles, and body movements were added to help bring the ocean to life! Most of the work has been done to make the teacher’s job a little easier.
