This advanced piano arrangement features a hymn (Like a River Glorious) and an American Spiritual (We Shall Walk through the Valley in Peace) on the theme of God's Peace. Written in the style of Chopin's Nocturne in F Major, Op. 15, No. 1, it features a simple melodic line with a LH triplet bass. The middle section changes key and mood as the spiritual begins, with more intensity and motion. The opening section repeats and then continues to the final coda.

The piece is suitable for piano solo, church prelude, or recital piece. It reflects on the reassuring peace of knowing God.

Like a river glorious is God's perfect peace // Over all victorious in its bright increase;//
Perfect, yet it floweth fuller ev'ry day;// Perfect, yet it groweth deeper all the way.//

Arranged for a percussion ensemble of twelve to fourteen players including piano, acoustic bass, and drum set, Dave Gwilliam’s arrangement of the Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays composition Follow Me is a challenging ensemble piece featuring the vibraphone.  The vibraphone solo in Follow Me is a very close transcription of the guitar solo from the original Pat Metheny Group recording.

Completed in Centerville, Utah on March 12, 2019, Follow Me is ready for performance by any percussion ensemble eager to take on the challenge.
