Clarinet,Piano - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.533254 Composed by Paul-Agricole Génin. Arranged by Paul Wehage. Concert,Romantic Period,Standards. Score and part. 12 pages. Musik Fabrik Music Publishing #2151123. Published by Musik Fabrik Music Publishing (A0.533254). Paul-Agricole Génin was born on 14th February 1832, in Avignon; died 22nd December 1903, in Paris, France. His is often confused with Pierre Génin, who was a flutist who performed mainly in England during the early 20th century.Génin was the Principal flute of the Theatre Italien in Paris, and of the Colonne Orchestra. In addition to writing many works for the flute (he wrote over 60 works for this instrument, he was also one of the first composers to write for the saxophone. He was an Officier de l’Académie des Beaux-ArtsThis work was first published by Richault with two other pieces (Mélodie avec Variation, Opus 63 and Cantilène, Opus 64) as Three character pieces, although the three works were sold seperately. The piano part for all three versions (for alto saxophone, Bb Clarinet or Bb cornet) remains the same.

Organ - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1278816 Composed by Aaron Shows. Classical,Contemporary,Film/TV,Romantic Period. Score. 9 pages. Aaron Shows #870380. Published by Aaron Shows (A0.1278816). Originally included in the Postludes, Vol I set by the same composer, this has become an often-requested piece to perform in concerts and in church services alike. This firey piece sounds much more difficult than it actually is to play, so basically less work and more reward! Written in the French toccata style of the Romantic period, this piece is sure to excite and energize audiences anywhere (as it already has done so in organ concerts around the world)!Funny fact: this piece was once announced in an organ program before it was played, and someone in the audience misheard it as the Wildflower Toccata, soon becoming very confused when it did not sound like beautiful wildflowers in any way. Needless to say, after the concert they had to ask the performer for clafication that it was indeed meant to be the Wildfire Toccata.

Large Ensemble Bassoon,Clarinet,Double Bass,Flute,Horn,Oboe,Percussion - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.555864 Composed by Edmund Angerer - ascribed variously to Joseph Haydn, Leopold Mozart, Michael Haydn, and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart and Johann Rainprechter. Arranged by Ray Thompson. Children,Christmas,Classical,Standards. Score and parts. 52 pages. RayThompsonMusic #6047585. Published by RayThompsonMusic (A0.555864). This work was long reputed to be the work of Joseph Haydn, but later scholarship suggested that it was actually written by Leopold Mozart. Its authorship is still disputed, however, and other composers have been proposed as the symphony's true author, including Joseph Haydn's younger brother Michael Haydn, who purportedly contributed movements to the work.Recent research on a newly found manuscript suggests the Austrian Benedictine monk Edmund Angerer (1740–1794) to be the author. If Angerer's manuscript (from 1765, entitled Berchtolds-Gaden Musick) is the original, the Toy Symphony was originally written not in G but rather in C. These findings, however, are disputed among scholars. There is reason to believe that the true composer will likely never be known, in whole or in part, given its confused origins and the paucity of related manuscript sources.Even without a name attached to it, the piece has become a mainstay for children's shows and Christmastime concerts. Each of its three movements features the sounds of actual toys and instruments that sound like they came straight from Geppetto's workshop. The piece calls for a toy trumpet, ratchet, nightingale, cuckoo, drum, and triangle. ( A quail makes it’s only appearance in the 2nd movement.Noisemakers rattle throughout the first of its three movements. The cuckoo and trumpet  call out mischievously during the minuetto of the second movement , and a quail joins the nightingale in the trio. In the short third mvt which is played 3 times, they all play again, each repeat faster than the previous one.The presence of the toy instruments make this a fun piece for children to play, especially when there are also some toys waiting under the tree.My arrangement is based on the Kinder-Symphonie attributed to Leopold Mozart. It is scored in C.it is in 3 mvts and is arranged for double wind quintet, bass and toy percussion.i have distributed the original strings around the woodwind, and composed original classical horn parts.Sometimes known as Children’s Symphony.

Concert Band - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1089002 Composed by Ch'eng Mao-yün 1900-1957. Arranged by Colin Kirkpatrick. Patriotic. Score and parts. 27 pages. Colin Kirkpatrick Publications #693217. Published by Colin Kirkpatrick Publications (A0.1089002). This anthem should not be confused with the National Anthem of the People's Republic of China, known as March of the Volunteers which is the anthem of mainland China including its special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau. The national anthem of ROC Taiwan was first used as the anthem for the whole of China when the country was controlled by the Kuomintang. However, in 1949 the Kuomintang government was ousted and relocated to the island of Taiwan to continue their government, using the same symbols of state that they used in mainland China. The anthem is informally known as San Min Chu I or San Min Zhu Yi (Three Principles of the People), though this name is never used in formal or official occasions. This band set comprises the following: Full Score (20 staves) plus parts for Flutes, Oboe 1, Oboe 2, Clarinet 1, Clarinet 2, Clarinet 3, Bassoons, Alto Sax, Tenor Sax, Baritone Sax, Trumpet 1, Trumpet 2, Horn 1 in F, Horn 1 in E flat, Horn 2 in F, Horn 2 in E flat, Trombone 1, Trombone 2, Baritone BC and TC (same part as Trb 1), Tuba, Timpani and Percussion (3 players).

String Quintet Cello,Double Bass,Viola,Violin - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.945720 By The Beatles. By John Lennon and Paul McCartney. Arranged by Paul Kirk. Rock. 13 pages. Paul Stephen Kirk #6320001. Published by Paul Stephen Kirk (A0.945720). Strawberry Fields Forever is a song by the English rock band the Beatles, written by John Lennon and credited to Lennon–McCartney. It was released on 13 February 1967 as a double A-side single with Penny Lane. It represented a departure from the group's previous singles and a novel listening experience for the contemporary pop audience. While the song initially divided and confused music critics and the group's fans, it proved highly influential on the emerging psychedelic genre. Its accompanying promotional film is similarly recognised as a pioneering work in the medium of music video. Lennon based the song on his childhood memories of playing in the garden of Strawberry Field, a Salvation Army children's home in Liverpool. This arrangement provides a relatively simple version of this song with melodies and harmonies being passed around the ensemble.   This arrangement also includes an optional Drum Kit part.

May His goodness and mercy defend us, Keep us from trouble and harm, and remind us That His love is eternally ours. When we are laden with sorrows, He lifts our burden and eases our pain Cry unto heaven and trust His goodness Then you’ll see the salvation of God.   Sing to the Lord with mind and might. May His knowledge and power still guide us. Hearing and heeding the words of the prophets, With the peace of the gospel be shod. When we’re confused and downhearted, Open the scriptures and bask in the light. Drink in the waters of life, then ponder And you’ll feel the salvation of God   Sing to the Lord in glorious lay. Forever His love will enfold us, Warming our hearts as we reach out to others With forgiveness and laughter and love. Even from sin He redeems us; His hand will lead us from darkness to day. Reach out in service and love your brother And you’ll be the salvation of God.

French Horn,Piano - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1311533 Composed by G F Handel. Arranged by Colin Kirkpatrick. Baroque,Historic,Instructional,Opera. Score and part. 6 pages. Colin Kirkpatrick Publications #900540. Published by Colin Kirkpatrick Publications (A0.1311533). This piece is probably Handel’s best-known melody, although it began life as an operatic aria. The opera was called Xerxes, sometimes written Serses and pronounced something like “ZERT-seesâ€. It was commissioned by The King’s Theatre in London and composed by Handel (who had become naturalized British and lived in London at the time) around 1737 and 1738. The opera is loosely based on the real historical figure King Xerxes, who ruled from around 522-486 BC and was the fourth king of the Achaemenid Empire, a vast region that covered most of the present-day Middle East including modern Turkey.  The melody is often known simply as Handel’s Largo (despite being marked “Larghetto†in the musical score) and is the opening aria in the opera. Known by its opening line Ombra mai fu the aria is sung by Xerxes to a plane tree: “Tender and beautiful fronds of my beloved plane tree, let fate smile upon you...â€Although the melody has survived over the years, the opera itself was a complete failure when it was first performed at the King’s Theatre in London’s Haymarket in 1738. The style of the opera was not appreciated by London opera-goers and it generally received poor reviews. The audience may have been confused by the innovative nature of the work because Handel introduced unexpected comic elements into the plot. This arrangement for Horn in F (French horn) and piano is in B flat major. The lowest note in the horn part is the C just below the treble staff and the highest note is the F on the top line. The piano part has been kept as simple as possible.
