As a pianistic bravura piece the composition invites to join in for a feast of chamber music, optionally with violin or cello as partner. The vocal-like coloratura passages of the theme bring in an atmosphere of ''Italianita'', inspired by a famous ''Arietta da camera'', the Bolero of Gaetano Piantanida, that was often performed in music salons of Vienna.

Composta em 2018, a peça Enigmatic Opus 44 para clarinete em si bemol é uma peça em três movimentos e cada movimento é construído em diferentes formações escalares. O primeiro movimento é modal, construído nos modos dórico e lídio. O movimento da peça tem sua melodia baseada na escala menor melódica de Fá. Essa escala é utilizada em toda a peça. Em outra composição, notas da sexta germânica como parte seguintes notas anexas à melodia, usando Lá bemol, Dó natural, Mi bemol e Fá sustentado. O uso dessas notas pode ser visto claramente no compasso 18. O terceiro movimento é baseado na escala octatônica D, usando as notas D, E, F, G, A bemol, B bemol, B natural e C sustenido. A peça traz todo um trabalho rítmico e em muitos momentos um lirismo muito interessante para o instrumentista.

SONATA No. 1 in A MAJOR SONATA No. 2 in E MINOR SONATA No. 3 in D MAJOR Written for 2 equal instruments these sonatas bring pleasure to players of intermediate standard and above whilst developing their independent playing skills. Each sonata has 4 movements slow and fast alternating in the same key. The six opus 8 sonatas were published in Paris in 1725 for ‘deux Flûtes-Transversiere sans Basse’. They were published ‘Avec Privilége du Roy.’ They were printed as a playing score preceeded by a title page which also gave details of where to obtain copies - L’Auter, Le Sr. Boivin & Le Sr. Le Clere.  A copy of the Privilége du Roy.  granted by King Louis on March 22nd 1724 was printed in full on the second page. It is highly likely that the sonatas would have been played by pairs of oboes or violins or possibly by bassoons or cellos according to the players available in the homes of the wealthy amateur players who could afford to buy music. The flute parts were printed in the soprano clef - with G on the bottom line. This would have been convenient for flute players who often also played bassoon when required and were often not keyboard players. This edition uses the modern bass clef and has a score plus separate parts to facilitate page turns.  In editing the sonatas the  presentation of the music has been modernised.
