Tenor Voice,Vocal Solo - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.534586 Composed by Gregory Sullivan Isaacs. Concert,Contemporary,Standards. 12 pages. Musik Fabrik Music Publishing #4729123. Published by Musik Fabrik Music Publishing (A0.534586). Part of the AIDS memorial songbook, this melody for tenor voice and piano has an orginal text by the composer: It was still dark. The dawn had not yet arrived. He stood quietly, looking out over the field.,soon to be filled with patches of grief.Monuments to great men, grey against the pre-dawn sky, reminded him of the Great Dream:We are all equal under Law, it promised. We are all equal under Law.He smiled wryly at the thought. The keepers of that Dream still keep it for themselves,only- releasing what little part what group or anothercan wrest away. The unfolding began. Each patch holds the grief of dozens:friends, family.Amercia's children left to die alone.Amercia's children left to diebecause of who they were, who they had to be.Fully open now.Small groups wander here and there.searching, looking,Afraid that the edges wait for them.Afraid that the edges wait for them. Some already gathering scraps of cloth. Finally, he moves at last. Finally with enough courage to go look. His thoughts warmly dwell on him who made it.The one whose devotion was unquestioned.whose love was always present.Having seen it, he was cotent to move on towhatever was to come. His patch was there.

Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.983996 Composed by Steven H. Boothe. Arranged by Ashley Ivers. Pop. Score. 6 pages. Boothe Publishing #4360839. Published by Boothe Publishing (A0.983996). In the early morning light it's hard to see exactly what is and what isn't there. Objects that are seen clearly in the light of day are elusive and can't be seen directly in the grey light of the morning. In the grey light of life it is unclear if relationships are strong or weak. Many times the feelings I have had for other people exist because I really do not know them. I imagine that they are better or more wonderful than they really are because of my lack of knowledge about them. Sometimes it seems that I want what might have been or what might be more than I want reality. In the light of day all shadows disappear.

Cello,Medium Voice,Piano - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1258631 Composed by Nicholas White. 21st Century,Classical,Contemporary. 48 pages. Nicholas White Music #851889. Published by Nicholas White Music (A0.1258631). These twenty short pieces were composed between March 15 – 25, 2020, during the first days of self-isolation and social distancing brought about by the COVID 19 global pandemic. They were conceived as a set of dances and meditations, with the intention of providing music for a dance performance. The individual movements themselves are free form in construction. The countertenor (or mezzo-soprano) part is wordless, with the exception of the penultimate song “The Color Fades to Grey”, which serves as a poignant moment of heart-on-sleeve passion before the recapitulation of the first movement. The title of the piece, a play on the concept of 20/20 vision, written in the year 20/20, containing 20 movements, and 20 measures in each, was a gift to the tranquility of order. Having 20/20 vision does not necessarily mean you have perfect vision. 20/20 vision only indicates the sharpness or clarity of vision at a distance. Other important vision skills, including peripheral awareness or side vision, eye coordination, depth perception, focusing ability, and color vision, contribute to your overall visual ability. There is always more than one way to look at things!

String Ensemble,String Trio Cello,Violin - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.565640 By Sharon Wilson. By Peter C. Lutkin and Sidney Lanier. Arranged by Sharon Wilson. Easter,Folk,Praise & Worship,Sacred. Score and parts. 12 pages. Sharon Wilson #5038367. Published by Sharon Wilson (A0.565640). The inspiring poem by Sidney Lanier titled Into the Woods My Master Went has been set to a variety of tunes. This string trio arrangement (for 2 Violins and 1 Cello) uses the hymn tune by Peter C. Lutkin. Set in a minor key, the solemn, reflective melody matches the deeply thought-provoking lyrics (see below). Though the lyrics may seem archaic at first, by reading through the words and meditating on the meaning, the beauty of the message becomes clear. This song is especially suited for a prelude or offertory during the season of Lent and Easter.Verse 1 Into the woods my Master went, Clean forspent, forspent, Into the woods my Master came, Forspent with love and shame. But the olives they were not blind to Him. The little grey leaves were kind to Him, The thorn tree had a mind to Him, When into the woods He came. Verse 2 Out of the woods my Master came And he was well content; Out of the woods my Master came, Content with death and shame. When death and shame would woo Him last, From under the trees they drew Him last, ’Twas on a tree they slew Him-last When out of the woods He came. Two unique verses are included interspersed with flowing and melodious interludes. VIOLIN 2 begins with the melody and then the VIOLIN 1 picks up the melody for the remainder of verse 1. The VIOLIN 1 and VIOLIN 2 alternate leading with the melody for verse 2. All notes for both VIOLIN parts and the CELLO are playable in the first position making this arrangement an excellent choice for early-intermediate string players. Being in a minor key, several D#’s are scattered throughout the VIOLIN 1 and 2 parts which may require planning alternate fingering for smooth note transitioning. The purchase price includes a 5-page combined score with all three parts on each page plus separate 1-staff scores for the VIOLIN 1, VIOLIN 2, and CELLO (2 pages each). This arrangement is one of the 10 songs in the collection titled Easy String Trios: Easter Hymns (A Collection of 10 Easy Trios for 2 Violins and 1 Cello). Cello,Instrumental Duet,Violin - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1106307 By The Weeknd. By Abel Tesfaye, Ahmad Balshe, Jason Quenneville, and Stephan Moccio. Arranged by Sarah Cellobat Chaffee. Contemporary,Film/TV,Pop,Wedding. 9 pages. Sarah Cellobat Chaffee #709424. Published by Sarah Cellobat Chaffee (A0.1106307). The blockbuster movie Fifty Shades of Grey was released in 2015 - and it was universally panned by critics. However, the movie's original soundtrack received much higher acclaim, and The Weeknd's single Earned It ended up receiving an Academy Award nomination for Best Original Song! This Cellobat arrangement for violin and cello duet brings the same sensuous feel, call-and-response echoes, dynamic contrasts, and exciting tension as the original, and even maintains the original song's dramatic string lines and tremolos! Great for pop concerts, dinners and events, or even weddings - this arrangement was initially written for a bride's processional song. Rated advanced-intermediate for some tricky rhythms throughout; this will be learnable for students and sightreadable for professionals. Sarah “Cellobat” Chaffee is an in-demand acoustic & electric cellist and string arranger. Currently, she performs with legendary rock band Aerosmith in their “Deuces Are Wild” residency show, and she is the principal cellist for the Raiders House Band, playing for a crowd of 60,000 at all of the team's home games. She also plays with many other groups including Premiere Wedding Music, Bella Electric Strings, the Femmes Of Rock, and David Perrico’s Pop Strings Orchestra. Sarah has performed and recorded with numerous other artists including Disturbed, Mötley Crüe, Celine Dion, Halsey, Michael Bublé, Sarah Brightman, and Lady A. She is the exclusive arranger for a number of award-winning wedding and event companies all across the United States, including Premiere Wedding Music, Las Vegas Music Oasis, and Impulse Strings, and she has created custom arrangements for many other ensembles all over the world. Piano Solo - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1138580 By Louise du Toit. By Louise du Toit. Arranged by Louise du Toit. Contemporary. Score. 10 pages. Louise du Toit #738916. Published by Louise du Toit (A0.1138580). Isele the Frog is the tenth in a series of fifteen original contemporary compositions for piano, titled 15 Animal Compositions for Piano and created to musically describe the movement and habits of specific wildlife creatures. From music notes to words: Isele the frog is hopping along happily through the wet grass of the Okavango Delta, dreaming of juicy insects, fat flies and delicious bugs to fill up his tummy with. Always unpredictable, his sudden moves surprise a huge red-brown bug which he catches for breakfast in an instant. After devouring the delicacy, he continues with what he does best; bouncing from one destination to another. He comes across another frog; fat, grey and intimidating, it forces him to follow another path. Jumping along frantically, Isele becomes aware of a beautiful marabou stork standing like a statue in the swamp. With no intention of becoming a gourmet meal for the bird, he buries himself in the mud where he stays hidden until the marabou takes off. Creeping out from under, he investigates his surroundings to ensure that there is no danger lurking around; then he leaps off towards his next destination..

Published by Ars Nova Press (A0.1335564). Too Much For Our Thirstby Alexander BurdissArranged for Trombone and PianoDedicated to Courtney CarmackPerformance Time: approx. 7:00This is an adaptation for trombone of a piece originally written for tuba. The Eyes of the Poor from Paris SpleenWritten by Charles Baudelaire, Translated by Arthur Symons Ah! you want to know why I hate you to-day. It will probably be less easy for you to understand than for me to explain it to you; for you are, I think, the most perfect example of feminine impenetrability that could possibly be found. We had spent a long day together, and it had seemed to me short. We had promised one another that we would think the same thoughts and that our two souls should become one soul; a dream which is not original, after all, except that, dreamed by all men, it has been realised by none. In the evening you were a little tired, and you sat down outside a new café at the corner of a new boulevard, still littered with plaster and already displaying proudly its unfinished splendours. The café glittered. The very gas put on all the fervency of a fresh start, and lighted up with its full force the blinding whiteness of the walls, the dazzling sheets of glass in the mirrors, the gilt of cornices and mouldings, the chubby-cheeked pages straining back from hounds in leash, the ladies laughing at the falcons on their wrists, the nymphs and goddesses carrying fruits and pies and game on their heads, the Hebes and Ganymedes holding out at arm's-length little jars of syrups or parti-coloured obelisks of ices; the whole of history and of mythology brought together to make a paradise for gluttons. Exactly opposite to us, in the roadway, stood a man of about forty years of age, with a weary face and a greyish beard, holding a little boy by one hand and carrying on the other arm a little fellow too weak to walk. He was taking the nurse-maid's place, and had brought his children out for a walk in the evening. All were in rags. The three faces were extraordinarily serious, and the six eyes stared fixedly at the new café with an equal admiration, differentiated in each according to age. The father's eyes said: How beautiful it is! how beautiful it is! One would think that all the gold of the poor world had found its way to these walls. The boy's eyes said: How beautiful it is! how beautiful it is! But that is a house which only people who are not like us can enter. As for the little one's eyes, they were too fascinated to express anything but stupid and utter joy. Song-writers say that pleasure ennobles the soul and softens the heart. The song was right that evening, so far as I was concerned. Not only was I touched by this family of eyes, but I felt rather ashamed of our glasses and decanters, so much too much for our thirst. I turned to look at you, dear love, that I might read my own thought in you; I gazed deep into your eyes, so beautiful and so strangely sweet, your green eyes that are the home of caprice and under the sovereignty of the Moon; and you said to me: Those people are insupportable to me with their staring saucer- eyes! Couldn't you tell the head waiter to send them away? So hard is it to understand one another, dearest, and so incommunicable is thought, even between people who are in love!

Instrumental Duet,Piano Bassoon,Instrumental Duet,Oboe,Piano - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.950837 Composed by Moshe S. Knoll. 20th Century,Contemporary,Latin. Score and parts. 69 pages. ArtsAhimsa #3638915. Published by ArtsAhimsa (A0.950837). This is a dark, turbulent, Neo-Romantic Fantasia quasi una Sonata, inspired by the great literary works of Nathaniel Hawthorne and Hermann Melville. It is known that both artists went for a hike on Mt. Greylock, located in Berkshires County, MA.A storm forced them to take refuge in a cave. It is certain that both men discussed literary matters that night. The piano part, far from being a mere accompaniment, is almost an entire composition in and of itself. The eight note push must remain constant throughout the changes in time signature.
