String Quartet Cello,String Quartet,Viola,Violin - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1085301 Composed by Todd Marchand. Classical,Wedding. Score and parts. 8 pages. Con Spirito Music #689444. Published by Con Spirito Music (A0.1085301). Tomber amoureux de vous (Falling in love with you) is an original composition in classical style based on the chord progression to the popular song, I Can't Help Falling in Love With You.Recorded by Elvis Presley in 1961 on his album Blue Hawaii, I Can't Help Falling in Love With You (written by Hugo Peretti, Luigi Creatore, and George David Weiss) was loosely based on Plaisir d'amour, a popular French love song composed in 1784 by Jean-Paul-Égide Martini.Perhaps due to its simple yet lovely chord progression, Plaisir d'amour has long been a favorite of vocalists in recital, and I Can't Help Falling.... has become a pop music standard. This composition for string quartet evokes some of the beauty and romanticism of both.©Copyright 2022 Todd Marchand / ConSpiritoMusic. Visit www.conspiritomusic.com

Cello,Piano - Level 1 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1086246 By Elvis Presley. By George David Weiss, Hugo Peretti, and Luigi Creatore. Arranged by Idalmo Santos. Pop,Rock. Score and part. 8 pages. Idalmo Santos #690445. Published by Idalmo Santos (A0.1086246). Can't Help Falling in Love is a song recorded by American singer Elvis Presley for the album Blue Hawaii (1961). It was written by Hugo Peretti, Luigi Creatore, and George David Weiss and published by Gladys Music, Inc.[1] The melody is based on Plaisir d'amour,[3] a popular French love song composed in 1784 by Jean-Paul-Égide Martini. The song was initially written from the perspective of a woman as Can't Help Falling in Love with Him, which explains the first and third line ending on in and sin rather than words rhyming with you.[4] Can't Help Falling in Love was featured in Presley's 1961 film Blue Hawaii. It has also been recorded by many other artists, including Swedish pop group A-Teens, and the British reggae group UB40, whose 1993 version topped the US and UK charts. It was listed as one of the greatest songs by Rolling Stone, ranking #403 in the list's 2012 editio.
