Love's Sacred Trust is a piano solo arrangement of the 1902 hit pop song by Carrie Jacobs-Bond, which was originally a ballad for voice and piano.  I turn this old ballad into a true piano solo by creating 4 distinct sections each with a different tempo and style with lots of markings to guide you through.  The beginning and ending sections have full chords thundering to both ends of the piano, while the middle two sections are much lighter and more expressive, one in 2 part writing and the other with the melody in the Left Hand.  This is a very dramatic and impressive performance piece.   4 page score; 3:30 minutesThis piece is also found in my book, Carrie Jacobs-Bond, Popular Songs 1900-1925, a collection of 51 of her songs I have arranged for piano solo, which is also available on this site.
