I was making a lot of progress with my piano teacher Miss Jennie Kuk-Ying Wong and was concerned about losing momentum. Not to worry, Miss Wong assigned me Alexander Scriàbin’s  Prélude in C# minor by for solo piano, left hand alone. Working with my left hand alone for a couple of weeks was extremely instructive. Training my left hand to play a melodic legato with the same quality as my dominant hand was challenging, but rewarding. Ever since, I have used compositions for left hand alone occasionally for practice and training. This has led me to write several piano solos for left hand alone. The pace of His Eye is on the Sparrow  is unhurried, so the pianist gets the full benefit of the exercise.   Suitable for preludes, offertories, concerts, personal meditation. These films are filled with eerie music that adds inexpressibly to the emotional content of the movie. The music in Jeremiah 2 Lonely City was created to be deliberately chilling. The wrath of God is the most horror filled image I can imagine. Frankly, Jeremiah 2 Lonely City is frankly not easy to listen to.
