B-Flat Clarinet,Piano - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1303406 Composed by Gabriel Faure. Arranged by Harry Walker. 19th Century,Contest,Festival,Romantic Period. Score and part. 8 pages. SCORE EDITIONS #892980. Published by SCORE EDITIONS (A0.1303406). This mélodie is the first in a set of three songs, opus 7, which also comprises Hymne and Barcarolle respectively. All three were composed between 1870 and 1877, then collected and published in 1878 under the title Trois Mélodies. Not originally conceived as a song cycle, these three songs acquired this opus number much later, in the 1890s. The poem for Après un rêve was loosely adapted from an anonymous Italian text by Romain Bussine. It describes, in the form of a dream, the imaginary flight of two lovers who are head over heels in love, although the last verse brings the dreamer inexorably back to harsh reality as dawn is breaking. In this version, the composition was arranged for Clarinet in B-flat and Piano by Harry Walker.

Small Ensemble Harp,Multi-Percussion,Piano - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.532847 Composed by Therese Brenet. Contemporary,New Age. Score and parts. 54 pages. Musik Fabrik Music Publishing #61899. Published by Musik Fabrik Music Publishing (A0.532847). Le Fascinateur is scored for narrator, celtic harp, piano and percussion. The texts are taken from a poem by the astrophysicist Jean-Pierre Luminet. Nous nous étions plu, in Griphes, followed by Topiques, (Gérard Oberlé, Manoir de Pron, Nivernais, 1989). The juxtaposition suggests in epigram a quotation from Gaston Bachelard, which could apply to the musical score with an equal pertinence, since the music is, for Thérèse Brenet, the echo of the Cosmos “All of the words which are called to greatness by a poet are the keys to the universe, to the double universe of the cosmos and of the depths of the human soul.â€.

Violin Duet Violin - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.981980 Composed by Ludwig van Beethoven. Arranged by Victoria Voronyansky. Classical. 12 pages. Volidera Musica #6052381. Published by Volidera Musica (A0.981980). Originally composed in 1810, Für Elise remained unpublished until forty years after Beethoven’s death, in 1867. There has been a great deal of speculation as to the identity of Elise, and a few plausible candidacies have been suggested by scholars. Despite many efforts to find the real dedicatee and inspiration for the work, origins of the real Elise remain a mystery. The transcription in this version represents not only a change in instrumentation, but also an altered key center from original A Minor to G Minor. Key change was made to accommodate viola or violin better, and with the hopes that this masterpiece can now become part of a string player’s repertoire and development as they transition from early stages of instrumental studies to intermediate stage.www.redviola.comhttps://www.youtube.com/redviolaVictoria
