Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.818234 By Stephen R Dalrymple. By Stephen R Dalrymple (Dalrymple Designs). Arranged by Stephen R Dalrymple. Praise & Worship,Sacred. Score. 39 pages. Stephen R Dalrymple #3093979. Published by Stephen R Dalrymple (A0.818234). Lord of Time - original song by Stephen R Dalrymple - Worship Team Edition ♫ English Version ♫ The Kreyòl version has its own video ♫ CCLI Song #7142326 ♫ music © 2005, 2021 Stephen R Dalrymple ♫ recording ℗ 2015 Stephen R Dalrymple ♫ presentation © 2021 Stephen R Dalrymple ♫ sequenced by the composer ♫ It was my first trip to North Haiti Music Camp. Sitting in the little white stucco chapel, I caught a breeze in the hot afternoon. Living on a lush tropical island on a campus planted with stunning landscaping such as the vivid oranges and reds of the flambouyan tree, tasting mango plucked right from the trees, taking in the night fragrance of the iloilo trees, and working with campers who were serious about learning, who wanted to gather every drop of musical knowledge they could, it really seemed like I was in Paradise. ♫ On my way back and forth to the men’s dorm, I often saw carpenters working on an open air work bench, transforming large hand-sawn slabs of wood into beautiful tables and chairs with hand tools. I began to meditate on the idea of what an incredible artist the Lord of the Universe is. I was impressed with the thought of how different occupations are related to the work God does in His universe every day. ♫ available for purchase at SheetMusicPlus.com SheetMusicDirect.com and Flightnote.com.

Guitar - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1375701 By Joni Mitchell. By Joni Mitchell. Arranged by edited by Dr. LeRoy Henry. 20th Century,Blues,Contemporary,Jazz,Pop. Guitar Tab. 8 pages. Dr. LeRoy Henry #960246. Published by Dr. LeRoy Henry (A0.1375701). As performed by Pat Martino on the Creative Force video Both Sides, Now is a song by Canadian singer-songwriter Joni Mitchell. First recorded by Judy Collins, it appeared on the US singles chart during the fall of 1968. The next year it was included on Mitchell's album Clouds, and became one of her best-known songs. It has since been recorded by dozens of artists, including Dion in 1968, Clannad with Paul Young in 1991, and Mitchell herself who re-recorded the song with an orchestral arrangement on her 2000 album Both Sides Now.Mitchell has said that Both Sides, Now was inspired by a passage in Henderson the Rain King, a 1959 novel by Saul Bellow.I was reading ... Henderson the Rain King on a plane and early in the book Henderson ... is also up in a plane. He's on his way to Africa and he looks down and sees these clouds. I put down the book, looked out the window and saw clouds too, and I immediately started writing the song. I had no idea that the song would become as popular as it did.Pat Martino recorded a short version of the tune on his 1975 album Consciousness. I was talking to him about the tune and said I seemed to have remebered a longer version. He said, yeah, there might be one somewhere. I think he was just messing with me and wanted me to look for it. I found it as one of the solo performances from his VHS, Creative Force. As what definately feels like a gift to me, Pat included all the bits and pieces of this extended composition in his True Fire course. I managed to put the pieces together and here is Both Sides Now/Inside synced to the recording.

Small Ensemble B-Flat Clarinet,Bassoon,Oboe,Tenor Saxophone - Level 4 - Digital Download SKU: A0.799462 Composed by Drake Mabry. Contemporary. Score and parts. 24 pages. Drake Mabry #1989261. Published by Drake Mabry (A0.799462). Three Painters was a 2008 commission from the Conservatory of Music in Chalons, France. Each of the three movements is inspired by some of my favorite painters, in this case Yves Klein, Zao Wou-ki and Jackson Pollock for the first, second and third movements respectively. I first saw Yves Klein work on a visit to Balbao, Spain during an exhibit of his art at the Guggenheim Museum. There was a kind of giant sandbox filled with his famous blue pigment. The lighting created timbral shadows which varied depending on where the viewer stood. It was difficult to leave. I first saw Zao Wou-ki's paintings during an exhibit in Paris around 2000 – I don't remember where. The abstract shape and colors fascinated me and each work seemed to explore a different emotional perspective. And they were simply beautiful. In 1967 I began my music studies in New York and within a few months of arriving went to the Museum of Modern Art at W. 53rd street. On the way there I crossed paths with Moondog on the street near the museum dressed in his Viking outfit. From my first visit, the two artists I remember most vividly were Jackson Pollock and Alexander Calder. Jackson Pollock's art washed over my senses and I stared at One: Number 31 1950 for what seemed to be hours. And Calder's mobiles danced in slow motion and also captivated me. Someday I will write a work to pay homage to him. Three Painters depicts what I see in the works of these artists as sound over time. The first movement (Yves Klein) explores the subtle changing orchestrational timbres on the pitch 'F'. The second movement (Zao Wou-ki) uses the instruments without their reeds and/or mouthpieces resulting in waves of air sounds washing over the senses. The Third movement (Jackson Pollock) is a jazz-like romp which transfers his vibrant visual energy to a full-blown big band style played by the ensemble. The duration is 12 minutes.Three Painters was premiered by an ensemble conducted by Philippe Cambreling at the Auditorium, CRR de Chalon sur Saône, France on March 22, 2009.

High Voice,Vocal Solo - Digital Download SKU: A0.784831 Composed by McCorkle, Dennis F. Broadway,Christian,Jewish,Musical/Show,Rock. 25 pages. DF McCorkle Music and eBook Publications #11753. Published by DF McCorkle Music and eBook Publications (A0.784831). ACT TWO: Song 5. The King, by Dennis McCorkle, is a contemporary pop-rock musical of the first two kings of Israel, Saul ben Kish and David ben Jesse and explores the contrasting lives and outcome of each man’s choices in life. [2 Samuel 11:2-4… - And it came to pass at eventide, that David arose from off his bed, and walked upon the roof of the king's house; and from the roof he saw a woman bathing; and the woman was very beautiful to look upon. 3 And David sent and inquired after the woman. And one said: ‘Is not this Bath-sheba, the daughter of Eliam, the wife of Uriah the Hittite?’ 4 And David sent messengers, and took her; and she came in unto him, and he lay with her;…] Once settled into Jerusalem and after a tiff with MICHAL, DAVID looks around his magnificent palace and as he walks on his balcony, he sees a lovely young woman bathing herself in the moonlight. Giving in to his impulses, orders his men to have her brought to the palace on the pretense of speaking to her about her husband, URIAH who is in the field with the troops. DAVID, seeing her beauty and rationalizing his own importance, proceeds to seduce her and lies with her [Come Lie with Me – David and Bathsheba]. BATHSHEBA, also lonely is seduced by his presence and gives in to his wishes. Leaving before daylight to escape notice, DAVID goes about business as usual, trying to forget what has happened. A few weeks later, a messenger arrives with a note from BATHSHEBA, DAVID, I'm pregnant! Also included with your order is our new 20 page catalog of over 150 titles at no additional charge.

Score and parts. 15 pages. Drake Mabry #3860129. Published by Drake Mabry (A0.799554). This is the double reed ensemble version of J'ai Vu Le Loup (I saw the Wolf). J'ai Vu Le Loup is an old French song in which the Gregorian chant tune of Dies Irae becomes a lively dance. The lyrics describe seeing the wolf, the fox, and the hare (possibly the King, the Church, and the Landlord) eating, drinking, and dancing. Variations of this song seem to exist from as early as the 13th century and can be found in several European countries as well as in modern Cajun and Quebec French versions. Even modern pop and rap performers have made use of it. This double reed ensemble arrangement begins simply, then builds throughout to a frenzied, syncopated finale. Each part has its own interest. Arranged by John Ivor Holland. 21st Century,Country,Disco,Pop,Singer/Songwriter. 43 pages. John Ivor Holland #914803. Published by John Ivor Holland (A0.1326661). This Hell is a song by Japanese-British singer-songwriter Rina Sawayama. This Hell was written by Sawayama while reflecting about attacks against LGBT people, often motivated by religious beliefs, stating: When the world tells us we don't deserve love and protection, we have no choice but to give love and protection to each other; I wanted to write a western pop song that celebrated COMMUNITY and LOVE in a time where the world seemed hellish. Arranged as part of an ongoing project to bring more music by women into the worldwide concert band repertoire.
