His compositions are becoming known to us today through important academic research but a lot more work has to be made in this field. It was a softly falling snow, and inspired me to write this piece.Play as smoothly as you can throughout the whole piece. Make sure you count very carefully in measure 21 and 22; the rhythms might surprise you. Also pay close attention to how the music is slurred. When you tongue, do so gently. The more you can help others imagine a quiet day with snow falling slowly and gently, the better.
