The pupils feel they are making 'real music' when playing with the accompaniment. The accompaniment is such a vital part of the style of learning in the 8 volumes of Collections available separately each for Violin, Viola, Cello and some for Double Bass. In the Zoo and Quaviary Collections the music is based on animal themes depicting the characteristics of the animals. There are words to go with a couple of the Quaviary Collection pieces which helps students feel the idea of playing quavers.
