Nebraska, My Heartland incorporates the poetry of both Willa Cather, the famous Nebraskan poet and writer who helped the rest of America gain an appreciation for the pioneer life, and Veronica Torraca-Bragdon, a contemporary poet and friend whose heart will always belong to Nebraska. UPC: 714245100721.Fred Bock has long been known for excellent and interesting piano arrangements. At last, some of these are being set for handbells. Kevin McChesney uses mallets on suspended bells and LV to add sparkle to the introduction and then leads into a fuller texture when presenting the melody. After a key change a stronger section comes in with open intervals in the upper bells. The ending is full forte and then backs off to a piano and ends with a mezzo forte again with mallets on suspended bells.
