Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1358160 By Trixie Friganza. By Words by Jack Norworth Music by Albert Von Tilzer. Arranged by Dave Gingras and John E. Dosher. Early Music,Jazz. Score. 2 pages. DAVID LEE GINGRAS #942648. Published by DAVID LEE GINGRAS (A0.1358160). Take Me Out to the Ball Game is a 1908 Tin Pan Alley song by Jack Norworth and Albert Von Tilzer which has become the unofficial anthem of North American baseball, although neither of its authors had attended a game before writing the song. The song's chorus is traditionally sung as part of the seventh-inning stretch of a baseball game. Fans are generally encouraged to sing along, and at some ballparks, the words home team are replaced with the team name. This arrangement was developed from the original 1908 sheet music, but simplified so that someone of average ability can perform it and sound great doing so! We hope you like what we've done with this classic tune!
