Max Stannard Music #3079513. Published by Max Stannard Music (A0.773426). Marry You is a pop song featuring strong influences of doo-wop and soul music. The recording focuses on spontaneous marriage and therefore, since its release, has frequently been used as a proposal song. The song is by American singer and songwriter Bruno Mars from his debut studio album, Doo-Wops & Hooligans (2010). I was asked to make this arrangement for a wedding and would be perfect should you be booked to perform at any events such as this in the future. This arrangement is accessible enough to be tackled by youth bands, and would also add a lively piece of pop music to your repertoire. Duraction: 3.30 www.maxstannardmusic.com @MStannardMusic .

Euphonium,Piano - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.792311 Composed by Saint-Saëns, Camille. Arranged by Sauer, Ralph. 20th Century,Classical,Romantic Period. Score and part. 3 pages. Gordon Cherry #4804505. Published by Gordon Cherry (A0.792311). Le Rossignol or the Nightingale is originally a vocalise for Soprano solo from Saint-Saën's incidental orchestral music for the play, Parysatis written in 1902. This 4 minute work is all about mood. For this arrangement, Mr. Sauer transposes into the key of C, which lays perfectly for all of the bird-like calls that are in phrases which are slurred. The music has a lot of ad lib. tempo sections which gives the performer plenty of time to create that magic call of the Nightingale. Early writers thought it was the female that sang, but in fact it is the male. The Nightingale usually sings at night or just before dawn when other birds are silent and has a strong spontaneous song with an impressive range of trills and whistles.

Instrumental Duet Instrumental Duet - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.784987 Composed by English, Irish, and and Scottish traditional music. Arranged by Dorothy van Joolen Barth. Classical,Multicultural,Renaissance,Standards,Wedding,World. Score and parts. 13 pages. Dorothy van Joolen Barth #4873. Published by Dorothy van Joolen Barth (A0.784987). Kings contains 8 traditional tunes selected from Playford’s Dance Master, O’Neill’s Music of Ireland, and The Gow Collection of Scottish Dance Music and arranged by Dorothy van Joolen Barth for two instruments. These 8 tunes are part of a larger anthology entitled Of Castles, Kings, and Courts, available separately as a download for those who would prefer to have the complete book. As an audio sample, the Irish tune The King of the Rath is provided here. I’ve endeavored to keep the melodies true to their source, though I granted myself liberty to switch the tune between the two instruments, change octaves, and add embellishments on the repeats--something that might also be done in spontaneous performance. These arrangements were conceived for recorder and violin but may also be played on flute and violin or two violins. In this volume, the suggested recorder range is indicated, but the adaptable recorder player may experiment with different ranges. We prefer the soprano recorder (which sounds an octave higher than written) on reels, jigs, and hornpipes and the tenor recorder (or alto recorder depending on range) for slower, lyrical pieces. These pieces are delightful to perform for Renaissance and Celtic festivals and theme events and to add romance to period or castle weddings. Above all, may this music provide both player and listener with much enjoyment! (Revised August 2015).

Choral Choir (SATB) - Digital Download SKU: A0.953622 Composed by Adrienne Inglis (ASCAP). Contemporary. Octavo. 12 pages. Adrienne Inglis (ASCAP) #4835887. Published by Adrienne Inglis (ASCAP) (A0.953622). Perfect for a spring or nature-themed concert, Wren elicits giggles and spontaneous applause. The quick tempo and syncopated rhythms of this two-minute light-hearted piece contrast nicely with slow lush repertoire in a program. It's best for an intermediate chorus with a good amount of rehearsal time or advanced chorus.Commissioned by Inversion Ensemble, Wren (2019) by Adrienne Inglis sets Robert Macfarlane’s acrostic poem of the same name for mixed chorus and flute. With quick harmonic changes, syncopations, and melodic gestures, the composition captures a sense of the charming poem as well as the actual Wren (Troglodytes troglodytes) found year round throughout the United Kingdom. Macfarlane’s poem Wren comes from his 2017 illustrated poetry book, The Lost Words, which conjures pictures of wild things and untamed spaces that get shortchanged in modern urban life.Duration: 2 minutesWren, a poem © Robert Macfarlane 2017 from The Lost Words written by Robert Macfarlane and illustrated by Jackie Morris (Hamish Hamilton, 2017). Piano Solo - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.894344 Composed by Scott Joplin. Arranged by Theoria Music. 20th Century,Folk,Traditional. Score. 4 pages. Theoria Music Publishing #3624287. Published by Theoria Music Publishing (A0.894344). The Entertainer is sub-titled A Rag Time Two Step, which was a form of dance popular until about 1911, and a style which was common among rags written at the time. The piece is a 1902 classic piano rag written by Scott Joplin and it was sold first as sheet music, and in the 1910s as piano rolls that would play on player pianos. The first recording was by blues and ragtime musicians, the Blue Boys in 1928, played on mandolin and guitar. Its structure is: Intro–AA–BB–A–CC–Intro2–DD.It is primarily set in the key of C major; however, for the C section (commonly referred to as the 'Trio'), it modulates to the subdominant, F major, then through a transitional passage modulates back to C major for the D section. The B section contains an indication that the melody is to be played an octave higher on the repeat. In the June 7, 1903, St. Louis Globe-Democrat, contemporary composer Monroe H. Rosenfeld described The Entertainer as the best and most euphonious of Joplin's compositions to that point. It is a jingling work of a very original character, embracing various strains of a retentive character which set the foot in spontaneous action and leave an indelible imprint on the tympanum.Suggested by the rag's dedication to James Brown and his Mandolin Club, author Rudi Blesh wrote that some of the melodies recall the pluckings and the fast tremolos of the little steel-stringed plectrum instruments. Stark issued an arrangement of the piece for two mandolins and a guitar.Wikipedia contributors, The Entertainer (rag), Wikipedia, The Free Encyclopedia, https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=The_Entertainer_(rag)&oldid=916644407 (accessed September 29, 2019)Title: The EntertainerComposer: Scott JoplinYear: 1902Format: PDFSize: 8.5x11Publisher: Theoria Music PublishingWebsite: https://sheetmusicmarket.com
