This piece has a bunch of quirky solo and soli opportunities scattered throughout the ensemble (I hope you’ve been practicing your chromatic scales), a chance for trombones to finally dig into some glisses, and here’s your chance to use all those silly sounding instruments in your percussion cabinet! (And I encourage you to add even more chaotic sounds to the mix if you wish)

The clarinet, alto saxophone, trumpet, horn, and trombones all have divided parts, while all other winds are single lines. The percussion parts are quite individualized, especially the mallets.
