Choral Choir (SATB divisi) - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.999166 Composed by C. G. Davin Leonardo. A Cappella,Baroque,Christmas,Contemporary,Renaissance,Sacred. Octavo. 16 pages. C. G. Davin Leonardo #5991577. Published by C. G. Davin Leonardo (A0.999166). Runner-up of SMP Press Composition Competition 2020 - Contemporary Choral Music CategoryThis entry is my choral composition on Latin Text O magnum mysterium. It contains three movements:1. O magnum - consists of the first stanza of the text, with Renaissance-like hymn style (SSATBB) (00:00).2. Beata Virgo - consists of the second stanza of the text, sung by the soloist (SATB Solo) (02:12).3. Fuga - Alleluia - consists of the final 'Alleluia' exclamation of the text. This part is a fugal composition with a Baroque-like style (SATB) (04:06).This composition reflects the mystery of the Incarnation of the Lord (first movement), the joy of Mother Mary after giving birth to the Lord while remembering the words of St. Elizabeth (second movement), and the exclamation of the faithful singing Alleluia continuously (third movement). This composition is accessible and suitable for student, school, or university choir, especially for Christmas Concert or Christmas Recital. But this composition is not ideal to be used in Mass since it has not received Nihil Obstat from any diocese.Audiomack: https://audiomack.com/cgdlEmail: https://davinleonardo.me/contact.htmlInstagram: https://www.instagram.com/cg_davin/Website: https://davinleonardo.me/

SATB chorus - Digital Download SKU: C7.CGA1105 Composed by Thomas Keesecker. Advent. Mixed Voices. Sacred Anthem. Octavo. 12 pages. Chorister's Guild - Digital #CGA1105. Published by Chorister's Guild - Digital (C7.CGA1105). UPC: 749193012338.Written for youth choirs or any ensemble of mixed voices, this spirited anthem makes a wonderful addition to any worship service during the Advent season. The opening section, for women or optional soloist, evokes a sense of longing through soft, hushed dynamics and a gentle tempo. That mood of quiet reflection quickly turns into joy and excitement as the piece builds in the anticipation of Christ's birth. The anthem's middle section layers vocal parts into a rousing chorus that may be sung a cappella with the addition of optional handclaps. At the anthem's conclusion, the piece returns to a spirit of quiet contemplation as the choir chants a brief phrase of O Come, O Come Emmanuel..

Choral Choir,Choral (SATB) - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1321890 Composed by Maria Lord-Kniveton. 21st Century,A Cappella,Contemporary,Religious,Sacred. 9 pages. MaLoMaLo Press #910315. Published by MaLoMaLo Press (A0.1321890). O Sacrum Convivium provides a brief meditation on the eucharist with musical substance that is appropriate both for the context of a church service and for a concert hall. Highly skilled groups would enjoy the beautiful simplicity of the work, while this same simplicity renders the piece attainable for church choirs with limited forces. The metre of the piece is driven by the text setting as it would have been in chant, so the resulting metric modulations feel natural rather than abrupt and unexpected. This piece features a brief and simple female solo. Language: Latin. Duration: 3:30 minutes.
