Solo Guitar - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1042088 By Paul Adrian Moldez. By Traditional. Arranged by Paul Adrian Moldez. Classical,Romantic Period. Individual part. 16 pages. Paul Adrian Moldez #646882. Published by Paul Adrian Moldez (A0.1042088). Spanish Romance is a popular piece for solo guitar. It is also called by its other names such as Romanza, Romance D’Amour, and Romance de España. Currently, the authorship of the piece is in question. It is suspected, however, that it is an instrumental guitar work from the 19th century. Spanish Romance’s earliest recording is on a cylinder. It was made in Madrid sometime between 1897 and 1901. It was titled “Sort-Estudio para Guitarra por S. Ramirez. More likely than not, the name “Sort refers to Fernando Sor, for Sor’s surname is sometimes also spelled Sort or Sorts.

Woodwind Ensemble,Woodwind Quartet Bassoon,Clarinet,Flute,Oboe - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.956650 Composed by C M von Weber. Arranged by Catriona Melville-Mason. Concert,Holiday,Romantic Period,Standards,Wedding. 8 pages. C Melville-Mason #6505727. Published by C Melville-Mason (A0.956650). March of the Hunters features in the opera Der Freischütz, which is possibly the best known work by the German Romantic composer Carl Maria von Weber (1786 – 1926).  The story is based on an old folk tale and tells of a marksman who, desperate to win the hand of the lady he loves in a shooting contest, obtains some magic bullets which cannot fail to hit their target.  One of these, however, is entirely under the control of the Devil…This arrangement is for semi-flexible mixed woodwind quartet of 2 flutes, oboe and either B-flat clarinet or bassoon.  Well within the scope of intermediate-level players, it can be used as a recital piece, as part of a programme of light background music at a wedding or function, or just enjoyed as general repertoire.

The slow moving pulse of this tune is perfect for the semiquaver accompaniment in the flutes, their upward rising figures painting a picture of our gazing upward to the cross. Ideal for High School music ensembles as well as church music groups across the denominations. The performance duration is comfortably over two minutes and the full score comes with four separate parts attached. Ukulele - Level 1 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1205287 Composed by Traditional. Arranged by Chris Webster. Folk. Score (Chords/Lyrics). 5 pages. Chris Webster #803474. Published by Chris Webster (A0.1205287). The Folk Uke series offers a musical construction kit for traditional folk songs. Each song begins with the vocal part set for medium voice with chords for ukulele. This is followed by a fingerstyle accompaniment and a ukulele solo with introduction and coda. These different parts can be assembled in different ways, for example, very simply, with voice and strummed chords, or more elaborately: intro, verse 1 with chords, verse 2 with fingerstyle accompaniment followed by the solo, verse 3, etc., or as a duet, with uke 1 playing the melody and uke 2 playing chords or fingerstyle accompaniment. The Golden Vanity is a popular folk song with many variants in tune and lyrics. It has been recorded by several well-known artists such as Pete Seeger, Steeleye Span and Peter, Paul and Mary. This version was collected orally by the arranger in Cambridgeshire. It is here arranged for voice and ukulele with re-entrant GCEA tuning. The audio sample is the Intro, Solo and Coda.

Voice Duet Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 3 - Digital Download SKU: A0.779671 Composed by Arthur Le Clerq. Arranged by Kim Kirkman. Broadway,Contemporary,Musical/Show,Traditional. Score. 4 pages. Kim Kirkman #6697501. Published by Kim Kirkman (A0.779671). This is a wonderful old comedy song. This is in C major - the high key for sopranosI have put in the first verse that Tessie sings, plus the spoken part. I have changed some of the words of the spoken part to update them.I have then constructed a third verse from other verses that Le Clerq wrote. To sing it exactly like Tessie please repeat first verse.Words:Verse:For years a fairy queen I've bin', For years I foiled the demon king. But alas, I'm getting on, The years have flown somehow,And I feel that Fairy Snowdrop isn't wanted now.Chorus One:Nobody loves a fairy when she's forty.Nobody loves a fairy when she's old.She may still have her magic power, But that is not enough,They like their bit of magic from a younger bit of fluff. When once your silver star has lost its glitter,And your tinsel looks like rust instead of gold.Your fairy days are ending when your wand has started bending.Noone loves a fairy when she's old.Spoken:T'was I who found the magic wand, I will not tell you where.T'was I who found young Tinkerbell, her head was full of airI’ve been a fairy of the flowers, and fairy daffodils,I’ve been a fairy of the wind, and suffer from it still! In certain covered valley hills I go down to the glenBeen loved by all the children and run after by the men. Huh!Noone could touch me at me splits, me splits were all the rage,Until the night woodman left his chopper on the stage, what a mess!Verse 2:Nobody loves a fairy when she's forty.Nobody loves a fairy when she's old.As far as I can see they try to push you off the map,When once your wand has withered and your wings refuse to flap. When you have lost your little fairy dimples,And the mothholes in your dress let in the cold,It seems that they would sooner listen to a blinkin' crooner,Noone loves a fai-y when she's old!
