B-Flat Clarinet,Cello,Violin - Digital Download SKU: A0.1205114 Composed by Gilad Cohen. Chamber,Classical,Contemporary. 73 pages. Gilad Cohen #803301. Published by Gilad Cohen (A0.1205114). Dances of Peril is comprised of three movements. While they differ in their melodic, harmonic and rhythm languages, they are all fast, energetic, and unsettling. I imagine them as three peculiar dances in a small, mysterious party. While dance is often an act of joy and love, these dances are not. Scored for clarinet, violin, and cello, these dances involve three dancers; the relationships among them are unclear. Their motions are fast, sharp; at times, aggressive. The looks on their eyes convey suspicion. Each of them knows that something bad is about to happen, but they have to play the game. Like a good “whodunit†thriller, it is unclear who the source of danger is. And this uncertainly enhances the fear and pushes each dancer to move faster, to seize control, to deceive. Who knows how this will end.

RBMusic #5888153. Published by RBMusic (A0.752414). We'll Meet Again was written in 1939 by Ross Parker and Hughie Charles, and made famous by singer Dame Vera Lynn. The song is one of the most famous of the Second World War era. It later gave its name to the 1943 musical film We'll Meet Again, where Vera Lynn played the lead role. During the Cold War, Lynn's recording of the song was included in the package of music and programmes held in 20 underground radio stations of the BBC's Wartime Broadcasting Service (WTBS), designed to provide public information and morale-boosting broadcasts for 100 days after a nuclear attack. In 2005, Vera Lynn sang the song in London on the 60th Anniversary of VE Day in 2005, and, in 2020, a duet with Katherine Jenkins reached number 72 on the UK Singles Chart. Arranged during the 2019/2020 Coronavirus Pandemic to commemorate/celebrate the 75th anniversary of VE Day, it is designed for two higher-register, treble-clef instruments in the same key (such as violin, flute, oboe, saxophones, etc.). This version is in G major (written pitch) – part 1 has a written range from C#5 to D6 and part 2 has a written range from G#4 to A5. (For other parts/versions, see my other We’ll Meet Again titles.) From the ghostly musical Til Death Do Us Start, comes this haunting love duet (between the two main characters, Chip & Madeline). This song happens just as Madeline is about to throw herself off Chip's roof (because he's engaged, and she's to be sacrificed)...it's all quite mad! As this song starts, Chip has stopped Madeline from jumping, and they sing their true feelings for each other. True love will save the day. SYNOPSIS: It is the summer of 1919 in Nantucket. At the engagement party for blue blood Chip Chatamborough and the pushy (though socially desirable) Bitsy Claypoole, Chip meets the exotic Madeline Mojeaux. It is love at first site, but Chip is to be married, and Madeline is scheduled to be sacrificed to the Ruler of the Netherworld at the next full moon. It is something of a dilemma. While the two are trying to find a solution, Madeline accidentally dances off the roof to an untimely death. With the help of Madeline's mother, the mystical Diabolique Mojeaux, Chip fakes his own death to follow Madeline beyond the grave, hoping to reclaim the one true love of his life.

Piano,Vocal,Voice - Level 2 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1003152 Composed by Onder Ozkoc. Contemporary,Instructional. Score. 73 pages. Onder Ozkoc #6694811. Published by Onder Ozkoc (A0.1003152). This book has been prepared for the purpose of doing self-accompanied music reading (solfeggio) practice. For this, 70 pieces were designed; with these pieces, it is aimed to develop multi-layered thinking and hearing elements in music. The four parts in the book, which are sorted according to the level of difficulty, are written on a single string, the notes with the stems downwards are accompanied by the notes, and the ones that upwards belong to the reading party. The accompaniment of the pieces is sometimes considered as a single sound, chord, or rhythmic structure, and sometimes as a combination of these structures. The accompaniment, which comes as a rhythmic structure in the 2nd and 4th chapters, is written with rhythmic notation on a separate staff. The accompaniments of the pieces in the first part can be played with instruments such as the piano or guitar, where two or three voices can be played at the same time and music can be played while performing, while the accompaniments are designed only as a rhythm for the parts in the second part can be played by hitting them with the hand or another instrument. The pieces in the third part were written in a way that the upper part can be read when the lower part is played and the lower part is read when the upper part is played, considering the translatable counterpoint technique, thus 4 working ways are derived from one piece. The monophonic accompaniments of the pieces in this section can also be played with instruments that can be read while playing. The fourth chapter of the book contains pieces that combine the understanding of the first two chapters, which can be called advanced when compared to the other chapters. The pieces in the book were read many times with students from different age groups at different levels, and their interpretations contributed to the shaping of the pieces. It is thought that the book, which includes studies that can help with simultaneous melody/rhythm hearing, reading scores, or rhythmic analysis, will contribute to the development of multi-layered thinking and hearing in music by making accompanying music reading studies on its own, and this is a basic requirement for every musician.
