What is even more special is that 16 years later it was performed at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2018, read by Faynia Williams with myself at the piano.

After a short link, the main them returns in a slightly heavier texture before climaxing this theme in D flat major. The piece ends with an ornamented version of the intro in B flat minor.
