The melodies used in this new march entitled 'The Heroes of Telemark' are songs from Norway, Kviteseidsangen and Fjaasesundsangen are from Vest Telemark in Southern Norway, while Mellom bakker og berg is an old melody by Ludvig Mathias Lindeman (1812-1887). Keith Terrett has re-harmonised and orchestrated these fine melodies into an exciting march, in honour of the gallant 'Heroes of Telemark'. 'Of His Holiness' would be best played with solo piano and maybe a synthesizer in the background. Obviously one good have drums, bass and other instrumentation but I think the feel of the song would best come across with solo piano. The lyric are directly taken from scripture; namely Psalm 96 KJV. The lyrics don't follow the order of the psalm verses and is effectively jumps around the psalm. The song was originally entitled Never No Lament and was first recorded by Duke Ellington and his orchestra on May 4, 1940.  Don't Get Around Much Anymore quickly became a hit after Bob Russell wrote its lyrics in 1942.Two different recordings of Don't Get Around Much Anymore, one by The Ink Spots and the other by Ellington's own band, reached No. 1 on the R&B chart in the US in 1943. Both were top-ten pop records, along with a version by Glen Gray.
