I couldn't find a suitable piece for a 13-year-old's funeral, so in the few days leading up to it, I composed this original piano solo. It chronicles her life, cancer diagnosis, the short seven months leading up to her death, and my belief in an afterlife when I expect to joyously see her again. Chulita is a Spanish term of endurement. It means little cutie.This is part of my Songs of Hope and Healing series.
