Piano Solo - Level 5 - Digital Download SKU: A0.1269192 By Aldo Roberto Pessolano. By Aldo Roberto Pessolano. 21st Century,Classical,Contemporary. Score. 10 pages. Aldo Roberto Pessolano #861728. Published by Aldo Roberto Pessolano (A0.1269192). Mattino is a minimalist journey for solo piano that captures the freshness of the morning awakening. The harmonic structure is based on a 7-sound scale that gradually transforms, note by note, into a hypnotic progression. This propels the perpetual flow of the piece forward. Finally, a free, dreamy coda gently dissolves the music into an impressionistic haze. This piece celebrates the potential for renewal and wonder that each new day brings. With its innovative minimalist writing and narrative approach, this piano piece gives the listener a vivid and inspiring experience.

TTBB choir, chamber orchestra or piano - Digital Download SKU: MQ.6371-E Composed by Gwyneth W. Walker. 11 pages. E. C. Schirmer Music Company - Digital #6371-E. Published by E. C. Schirmer Music Company - Digital (MQ.6371-E). English. The Sentinel describes the watchman keeping guard over love. He whispers to the world of space, in the deep night, that all is well. The poetry of Alfred, Lord Tennyson (1809-1892) is characterized by dark, yet transcendent imagery -- the depths of the ocean, the triumph of the spirit. These poems seem well-suited to musical settings for Men's Chorus. The deep tones. The sonority of male voices (perhaps speaking for the poet) rising in song.Throughout the varied imagery of this poetry -- the depth of the sea, the dark of the night, the tumult of passion and the acceptance of death -- there speaks one, central message. Love was my lord and king..
