SKU: A0.872881

Composed by Traditional German Carol. Arranged by Peter A. Drahozal. Christian,Christmas,Romantic Period,Sacred,World. Score and parts. 6 pages. MusicPAD Music Publications #2036247. Published by MusicPAD Music Publications (A0.872881).

Stille Stille Stille is a traditional German Christmas carol. This setting is for mixed brass quartet (two trumpets, one trombone, one tuba). The key of Db was chosen- not for it's complexity or difficulty- but for the warm sonority of this key, especially brought out by brass instruments. The arrangement is technically fairly easy but performing it cleanly and with musical feeling requires preparation and rehearsal.
